He is survived by daughters, Leanne Mahi, Shannon (Kristyn) Pe’a-De Luz; son, Daylen (Pua) Chang; grandchildren, Celeste (Mike) Yamashita, Bryce Mahi, Alexis (Sonny) Mercado, Kaelynn Mahi, Daycen Chang, Shantyn Pe’a-De Luz, Tony Pe’a-De Luz; in addition to numerous great-grandchildren and his beloved dog, Faith.
Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, at 10 am at Ballard Family Mortuary, Hilo. Burial will follow at 12 pm at East Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
