Margaret V. Lum, 87, of Tennessee, formerly from Kahului, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011, at her home in Tennessee. Miss Lum was born on December 23, 1923 in Kahului, Maui. She was a retired caregiver and housekeeper. She is survived by her daughter, Anel (Vicente) Garcia; a sister, Helen Lum; a brother, Roland Lum; two grandchildren, Rodney (Shannlyn) Akau and Tanya (Detrick) Rittmeister; 12 great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild.
Visitation: Family and friends are invited to gather for funeral services on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the Christ The King Catholic Church. Visitation will begin 9:30 a.m.
Services: Mass at 11 a.m.
Interment: Burial will follow 12:30 p.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku.
