Peggy worked as an elementary school teacher.She is survived by daughter Kristin Bowman of Kamuela, Hawai’i; brothers Peter (Candy) Luscomb of Volcano, Hawai’i; Harold “Chip” Phillip (Georgette) Luscomb III of Oak Park, California; one grandchild and two nieces.A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
