Masaki retired from Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company where he was a Supervisor in the Transportation Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Ann (Alan) Arakawa; brother, Yoshito Matsui; grandchildren, Jan Arakawa, and Jodi (Reed) Arisumi; sisters-in-law, Thelma Matsui, Nancy Kawamura, and Ethel Kawamura; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Family request no koden.
