Michael Daniel Craig

May 18, 1945 – December 14, 2020

Michael D. Craig, 75, of Hananunau, died December 14, 2020. He was born on May 18, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan and raised in San Diego, California. Mike joins his cherished mother Elizabeth Zeuch, father Daniel G. Craig and brother Daniel O. Craig. Mike served in the U.S. Marines during Vietnam and was a purple-heart recipient. Michael earned his master degree in history from the University of San Diego; became an educator of history and a coach at University High School- San Diego, CA. Michael dedicated himself to organic coffee farming (former owner of Rooster Farms) on the Big Island of Hawaii and remained a lifetime sport enthusiast- Go Padres!

He is survived by partner of 28 years Lindy Felsheim of Naalehu, Hawaii; brother Douglas (Marisol) Craig of San Antonio, TX; sisters Theresa (Tom) Laymon of Titusville, FL; Patricia Bator of Bangor, MI; Elizabeth Factor of Niceville, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date due to travel and gathering restrictions.
