Novata Gonzales Lorenzo, 81, of Kahului, passed away on October 12, 2023, under the care of Hospice Maui, surrounded by family. She was born on June 20, 1942, in Mindanao, Zamboanga Del Sur, Philippines.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Ballard Family Mortuary; Eulogy and services will begin at 7:00 p.m.; cremation will follow. Services will also be held in the Philippines at a later date.
Novata as an adult Supervisor at Kahului School. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ricarte Lorenzo. She is survived by her children and grandchildren.
