Orlando R. “Lando” Orpilla 79, of Makawao, Maui formally of Honolulu Oahu. Born on Maunaloa Molokai on December 8, 1940. Lando went home to Heaven on January 31, 2020.
Lando is survived by his wife, Eva “Sissy” Orpilla; sons, Orlando Jr. (Chico), Gerald, Delancey (Charmaine) Orpilla, George – deceased (Verna), Chad (Cheyanne) and Brad Thompson; daughters, Lana –Lee Rabun and Daphane Orpilla both of California; brother-in-law, Sergio (Suki) Currameng of Honolulu, Allen (Donna) Gomes of Honolulu, Brian Poaha of Molokai; sister-in-law, Georgeann Abrew; 15 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life will be held on March 14, 2020 at Hale Kiawe at the Kahului Boat Harbor.
