Paul Michael Hutchinson, 79, of Haliimaile was born in Boston, Massachusetts and died peacefully at Hospice Maui Hale. He served in the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany. After his service in the military, he graduated from Bentley College with Honors and passed the CPA exam. Paul and his wife Marcia moved to Maui in 1975, where Paul opened his CPA practice in Wailuku and enjoyed helping clients until his retirement in December 2020. Paul is survived by his wife Marcia, daughters Michelle Montalbano, and Michelle (Larry) Golis. He was a proud Papa to his grandsons Luke Montalbano, Makana and La’akea Golis. Due to Covid restrictions, a walk through visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday October 29, 2021 at Ballards Mortuary. A private burial will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
