Ralph is survived by his wife, Ines Bulger; sons, Steven M (Lugene Souza-Bulger) Bulger, Jeffrey S Bulger, Thomas P (Jason Rachel) Bulger; brother, Michael F (Pam) Bulger; grandchildren, Micah J Bulger, Michaela A Bulger and Christopher S Bulger.
Mr Bulger was a member of the Knights of Columbus (3rd degree) at Christ the King Church.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 9:00am-10:00am with Mass to follow at Christ the King Church.
