Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 11:00 a.m.; cremation will follow.
Richard was a retired Equipment Operator from the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources. He is survived by his son, Richard (January) Pacheco Jr.; daughters, Valerie (Bo Garcia) Pacheco, Chiree (Rodney) Souza; brothers, Daniel Pacheco, Manuel Pacheco, Santo Pacheco; sisters, Francis Feliciano, Nancy Moniz, Marie Gonsalves; and grandchildren, Shanna Souza, Serina Souza, Ronson Balala, Richard Mana Pacheco III, and Febee Gardenia Pacheco.
