Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Sacred Hearts Church in Lanai City, mass will begin at 10 a.m., and burial will follow at Lanai City Cemetery.
Mr. Dugay was a painter.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Arucan Dugay; sons, Peregrino Dugay, Emmanuel (Betty Lou) Dugay; daughters, Rizanita (Douglas) Daguay, Evelyn (Angel, Jr.) Allas; brother, Emil (Lilia) Dugay of Kauai; sisters, Salvacion (Nemecio) Bolo, Jesus (Valentine) Caledonia both of the Philippines, Bernarda Dugay, Florentina (Pedro) Acob, Nenita (Martin) Bergonia, Adeline (Francesco) Constantino all of Kauai; 4 granddaughters, and 3 grandsons.
Rizalino was predeceased by his siblings, Pedro Dugay, Guillermo Dugay, Maria Dugay Baxa, and Alejandro Dugay.
