

Roland is survived by his wife, Jayn Kehano; sons, Roland (Leslie) Kehano Jr., Felix Kehano Sr., Shane Kehano (pre-deceased) and a daughter Teri Kehano (Kamo Chang).His grandchildren Bronson, Keanilee, Kasey-Lyn, Kalena Rae, Colten, Saige, Taeja, Kapua, Felix Jr (pre-deceased), Shane, & Halia’aloha. Great grandson Dane. A brother Larry Kehano (Jane) of Kula, HI., and sisters Brenda (Paul) Moniz of Aiea, HI and Adel Cuttie of Wailuku. Hanai children Deana Fernandez,Jodi Kalberg and Kenny Carroll. Hanai grandchildren Julia, Kiana, Makena, Shyla, Shaden,Tyler, Cameron, Kaydrie, Mikie, Gemma ,Breckenridge and Seneca. Hanai great-grandchild Aria along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Roland proudly served in the United States Navy. He did tours as a river rat with seal team 1 on Mekong River Delta in Vietnam. After his term he returned back home to Hawaii. Roland was a welder at Pearl Harbor. He was a member of Local 3 Operators Engineer and also a Iron worker for Local 625. Roland’s last job he ran was at Maui Arts and Cultural Center as a sub contractor with Koga Construction.
Visitation over urn will be on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Ballard Family Mortuary; Family: 5:00pm, Public: 5:30pm. Service to begin at 6:00pm. Due to covid19, social distancing and mask wearing is required. Burial will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 1pm, at the Maui Veteran’s Cemetery in Makawao
