Tammy Kehaulani Owan

Tammy will be remembered for her radiant beauty, generous heart, and the way she made everyone feel like family. Her laughter could light up any room, and her kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She was a devoted daughter to Douglas and Juanita Chong; loving mother to Kalei Haake and Kylie Shaulis; loving mother-in-law to Kiana-Lei Haake and David Shaulis; cherished Nanny to Reign and Buck Haake, and Shiloh Shaulis; beloved partner to Mitchell Owan; and dear sister to Doug, Scott, and Kaipo Chong. She was also a favorite aunty and loyal friend whose love and joy guided everyone around her.

Tammy lived with grace, compassion, and joy, always giving more than she received. She shared her love through simple acts such as a warm hug, a kind word, or sharing her Halfway to Hana banana bread and Island Dream Bars. Her love shined brightly in everything she did.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Pukalani Community Center. Family and friends are invited to wear white or bright colors in honor of her vibrant spirit.
