Velma Kuulei Brown, 74 of Kahului, Maui passed away on January 18, 2016 at her residence under the care of Islands Hospice.
She was born on August 13, 1941 in Paia, Maui.
Velma was a retired Administrative Assistant for the Boeing Aircraft Company in Seattle, WA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Paia Hawaiian Protestant Church from 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. With service to begin at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
Velma was predeceased by her longtime companion Albert "Al" Alborano. Survived by daughter, Bronwyn Lehua (Daniel) Agarpao; son, Gary Brown; hanaied daughter, Lynette "Lynko" Brown; brothers, Aaron(Lorraine-deceased) Brown, John (Naila) Brown, Wilfred (Priscilla-Ipo) Brown, Glenwood R.K. Brown Sr, Gary Brown(deceased); sisters, Angeline Mamo (Allan) Kubo, Sandra Pico, Leilani Freitas; grandchildren, Brock Kahale Agarpao, Kristen Napuaokalani Agarpao, Christina Anela Brown; godchildren, Barry Kauwiki Kunio Kubo and Jackie Kane; and numerous nieces and nephews.
