Warren Kalei (Mugzy) Carroll, 64, born April 12, 1961, passed away Sunday April 5, 2026 at Maui Memorial Health Center.
Warren, known to everyone as “Mugzy”, retired from Ka Lei O Maui as a custodian landscaper.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, the late Honorable State House Representative, Diane “Mele” Mele Haulani Carroll; parents, Robert W. Carroll Sr. & Mildred B. Carroll; brothers, Wayne Leroy, Robert William III, Abraham Bronze, Allen Hale, George William Carroll; sisters, Vivian Kenoa Malekiola & Gayle Carroll.
He is survived by his daughter, Kai’ulani Angel Carroll; sisters, Carrie Laina Carroll, Jerrybeth De Mello (Ronald), Lillian Alameida (George), Faith Ancog (Jeffrey-Lynn) and Rebecca Keliiheleua.
A Celebration of Warren’s Life will be held from 11am until sunset on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Canoe Beach (Top Side).
