Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012, at Holy Rosary Church in Paia; mass will begin at 10:30 a.m.; burial will follow, 12:00 noon, at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku.
William was a Supervisor for the State of Hawaii Highway Division. He is survived by his wife, Maria Borges; son, Clayton K. Borges (deceased); daughter, Tiare Borges; father, William Borges, Sr.; brothers, Scott Borges, Ethan Borges; sisters, Trina Gibbons, Renee Latu, B.J. Smith, Adrianna Borges; and 1 granddaughter, Melanie Kuloloio-Borges.
