How you could make each of us feel so special…. “My favorite niece from …..wherever…but all we heard was that we were indeed your favorite.  You were such a charmer…how we delighted in the show you would put on with your “Sugar” Belle.  How she was so tiny beside you and how you would lift her up and put her over your shoulder
I remember pouting on the school bus on the last day of school one year after you and Auntie Belle picked up my brothers, John and David, and took them back to Golden and the summer you brought Doug to the farm.  How we appreciated the time you spent at our farm in Barrhead sharing your life stories and helping with the repair of a tractor overhaul.
All this world needs is “a few good men”.  Uncle Don you truly exemplified that truth.  You were such a blessing to our lives.

Will miss you Uncle Don. Have so many great memories of time spent as I was growing up. Loved visiting with you as you made you treks across Canada to keep up with the family.
