was born on August 5, 1946 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He graduated from Kailua High School
and started working at GTE Hawaiian Tel at the age of 19, where he later retired after 36
years of service. He was a talented woodworker and spent many hours working in his yard
or just relaxing in his rocking chair. He touched so many hearts with his kindness,
generosity, and countless acts of service. Albert was a devoted husband and father, but his
favorite job was being a grandpa.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, daughters Jamie (Nick) and Jennifer (Nui), six
grandchildren, and fur baby, Max.
A celebration of Albert’s life will be held on July 14, 2025, at St. John Vianney church in
Kailua. Private family viewing at 9:30am. Public visitation at 10:00am. Eulogy at 10:45am.
Mass at 11:00am with reception to follow. Burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at
1:00pm
