A lifelong leader, teacher and artist who devoted herself completely to her family and faith, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arlette was born to Albert and Olga Hew on March 28, 1945 in Honolulu. She was the older sister, protector, and BFF of brother Floyd, and sister Colleen.. While attending The Church College of Hawaii (now Brigham Young University-Hawaii), she met the charming Elvis look-alike, James Kealoha, and married in 1969. They had four beautiful children, Casson, Lance, Jamie and Kamalei (deceased). The apples of her eye are her grandchildren, Alisia, Halie and Kaili Kealoha, Alana and Lucas Leh.
Arlette was a powerhouse woman - brilliant, capable, talented, loving, generous and kind. She will be deeply missed.
