Barry Regan Correa

Barry Correa, a funny, kind-hearted, creative, caring spirit, passed away on August 4, 2026 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Born on July 28, 1966, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Barry grew up in Kailua and graduated from Kalaheo High School, class of 1984.

Barry worked as a truck driver for the City, pumping cesspools, before eventually opening his own handyman business. Working with his hands came naturally to him, but some of the things he made had nothing to do with work. Barry genuinely loved arts and crafts and often expressed his affection by creating something especially for the people he loved.

Barry was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed. He is survived by his mother Rose Marie, daughters Tiare and Anna Marie, older brother Bernard, and two younger sisters Marie and Roberta.

What Barry leaves behind is more than a lifetime of memories. He leaves his family with the example of how he loved: generously, openly, and with a deep belief in staying connected. He would want them to remain close, work through the differences, and never forget what they mean to one another. His daughters will carry that example forward in the way they love, stand up for what is right, stay strong, and care for the people around them. He will be deeply missed, but his loving spirit, humor, and generosity will remain in the stories they tell, the lessons they carry, and the laughter that will always bring them back to him.
