Clemente ("Sonny") Reyes passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Sonny was born in Honolulu on December 5, 1931. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, his brother, Gary Reyes, his sister, Lei Darcey, his sons, Scott (Terri) and Tony (Ellen) Reyes, and his two grandsons, Ronan and Parker, along with many more nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.
Sonny loved to talk story with you and once he had, you were family.
Sonny was a graduate of Saint Louis High School, enjoyed his time at the University of San Francisco, and graduated from the University of Hawaii. He retired from Hawaiian Dredging/Dillingham after a 40 year career based in Honolulu.
There is no large in-person service planned. The immediate family will hold a private celebration of his life.
