Dwayne Po'okela Adrian Dela Pena

Dwayne "Po'okela" Adrian Dela Pena, 28, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away on April 27, 2021. He was born on May 19, 1992. Although only 28 at the time of his death, Dwayne affected and touched many people's lives in his lifetime. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He dedicated his life to his family. He was the most humblest, selfless and courageous person. He was a person who always thought about others and never about himself. He always tried to uplift people's spirits when they were down. He was so giving, kind, and full of love. He was a go getter and always strived high. He worked for Hawaiian Telcom as a lineman and he was so proud of his job and such a hardworking man. He is survived by his father, Dwayne Dela Pena and mother, Phyllis Dela Pena, sisters, Stephanie, Natasha, and Cheyenne Dela Pena, and brother, Chaz Dela Pena. His celebration of live service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Hawaiian Memorial Mortuary in Kaneohe. Visitation and viewing will start at 9:30, service at 10:30, lunch at 12:15, and we will lay him to rest immediately to follow at 2:00 pm at the Terrace View Gravesite directly across the chapel.
