Elliott Tsung Kong Chong, age 78, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born in Honolulu and raised in Sacramento, California. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and he served during the Vietnam War. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a library aide and author. He attended The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawaii, and he is survived by his brother Titus, along with his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
