

Inciong was born in Ewa Beach, Hawaii to Pedro Tabladillo and Anaceta Curesma on August 13, 1925.
Inciong migrated to the Philippines (Ilocos Norte, Cabarroan) in the year of 1933, when he was 8 years old. As a young man he was raised as a farmer, working on the family farm. Planting, fishing, harvesting rice and tobacco etc.
In the year of 1945 he married Emiliana Cariaga and had 10 children. He then returned to Hawaii in 1968, plans of migrating his family to Hawaii as well. Unfortunately, his spouse Emiliana passed away in the year of 1973.
He worked at Wailua Sugar Mill, Kwajalen Atoll in the Marshall Islands as a laborer for a construction company, and also worked at Hawaiian Dredging Construction. After working of 30 years he retired.
In his community he was known for his cooking skills. His love and passion for cooking, gained his popularity. Everyone’s favorite was his chicharron. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.
Inciong has 6 half siblings; survived by Enrique and Claudio Semana; Mamerto Semana (deceased), Alfredo Semana (deceased), Ulpiano Semana (deceased), and Ermelita Semana Saducos (deceased).
He is survived by 6 of his children; Virginia Rayray (Gerry Rayray, deceased), Cesario (Paz) , Rodrigo (Angelita) , Franklin (Debbie), Alejo, and Imelda (Arlen); Judith (deceased), Cleofe (deceased), Castor (deceased), Arsenio (deceased); his 18 grandchildren; Glen, Gean, Greg, George, Dennis, Rosemarie, Sheri, Vanessa, Rodrigo Jr., Sheena, Sharday, Shellilyn, Angelo, Bradley, Joanne, Ryan, Ahren, and Alexia; his 32 great grandchildren.
