Harry Masato Kanda, passed away peacefully at home in Hauula on June 20, 2026. He was born on September 4, 1942.
He was an avid diver and fisherman and a proud graduate of Kahuku High School, class of 1960.
He was predeceased by his parents Masashi and Kiyo Kanda and brother Henry Kanda.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline, son Paul (Carr) and daughter Elyse Lee (Stetsen), sisters Thelma, Barbara Leu, and Doris.
He is also survived by two grandsons, Eaden and Paul Jr.
Visitation will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery & Funeral Services, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744, on August 28, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Hawaiian Memorial Park Chapel, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744, on August 28, 2026, at 11:00 am.
