Louann Li-Ling Lee Lombardi

Louann Lombardi left this world peacefully for eternal life on May 31, 2021. She was surrounded by her devoted husband Ron and their children. She was a long time resident of Kailua and lived an exceptionally full, active and exciting life, right up until her final weeks and hours.

Growing up, she was an integral part of her large family, she helped to care for her siblings, and assisted with family businesses. She was intelligent, hardworking, a savvy businesswoman, a wise entrepreneur, a gifted artist, leader, volunteer, kind and loving relative and friend to many. She relished spending time with family and friends and surrounded herself with wonderful people.

Tennis was a passion, it’s the courts where she met the love of her life Ron, developed lifelong friendships, competed on teams, organized countless parties. She traveled the world with Ron and filled numerous passport books with exciting and exotic travel adventures with loved ones. She also loved the ocean, nature, botanical gardens, national parks, creating art, playing mahjong, making leis and made it a point to learn something new every day.

Louann brought joy and positivity to all those around her. Her beautiful smile and energy were contagious. She was incredibly active, social, courageous, outspoken, lively, fun, adventurous and generous. She thrived in action and lived life to the fullest. She was a dedicated and caring wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunty and friend.

In Louann’s last selfless act on earth, she gave the gift of life. So far, both of her kidneys were successfully transplanted.

She is dearly missed by loving and adoring family members and friends.
