Our beloved mother, grandmother, vovo and friend to all, Lucille C Botelho, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away at the age of 96 on Thursday, April 18, 2019. Lucille was born in Lihue, Kauai on October 9, 1922.
The funeral service and celebration of Lucille's life will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM at St. Jude Church, 92-455 Makakilo Dr., Kapolei, HI 96707. The general viewing will be from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. The eulogy and mass will follow from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM. Food and refreshments will be served at the church patio after mass concludes. The committal service will take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, HI 96744.
Lucille was a most kind, caring and loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and friend to all. Lucille's heart was pure and filled with love for all those who have come into her life over the years. Although we're deeply saddened for mom's loss, we're rejoicing to know that she is free from all of the worldly demands and has now been welcomed into God's heavenly kingdom, and in the good company of those who have passed away before her.
