Martha Jean “Jeannie” Aho

February 2, 1946 - July 6, 2020

Martha Jean “Jeannie” Aho, 74, of Kaneohe, Hawaii passed away on July 6, 2020. She was born on February 2, 1946 at Kahuku Hospital in Ko′olauloa, Hawaii to Robert Vance Preston, Sr. and Elizabeth Kelupaina Ka′ana′ana.

Survived by children Marygail Piedad (Alexander), Annie Hamilton (Duke), William Preston (Arleen), Jesse Preston, David Aho, Madeline Aho and Jonelle Aho; 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings Robert Vance Preston, Jr., Ailleen Piohia, June Kailiponi, Gail Greene, Elizabeth Enriquez and Gerald Preston, Sr.

She is preceded in death by John Burton Aho (husband–1986), Richard Ahina (brother–2019), George Preston, Sr. (brother–2012), Clarence Preston, Sr. (brother 2018) and Eva Maiava (sister–2011).

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park.

Hey Grams, it’s your lil dancer boy. There isn’t a single day that goes by that I don’t think of you. I wish I had more time to spend with you and go make you cup ice from the kitchen. I know you’re in such a better place now, no more suffering or pain. I already miss walking past your bedroom on the way out of the house and you saying “be safe now, okay” and my reply was “okay, love you”. I know we’ll see each other again some day. I love you grams.
