Dear Cashdollar Family,
Ryoko and I are so sad to hear the news of Ok’s passing. She had such a powerful charm and presence, and she always knew how to bring a smile to our faces with her wonderful, funny spirit. No one has ever matched her cooking (Korean food of course) talent in our book! I think I gained 10lbs at school because she knew I loved it (and made sure I got lots of it).

You and your family are all in our prayers, asking our Savior to give you peace during this tough time. We take great comfort in knowing that we will see her again in her healed body and her beautiful, eternal joy.

I have known Ok Nang since she was 14 years old.  We spent many happy times over the years in Korea, and she also visited us in Utah, and Texas.  She always made the Kimchi dishes and food that I liked many times.  I was a big part of her life when she first came to Hawaii and helped her during that transition period.  I will always remember her kindness to me and my daughters.  I will always remember her and the Kim family with love and affection.

Vernon and I are sad to hear of Ok’s passing.  Our memories in HI include a wonderful evening at your home and a great night in the Karoakehutte all made possible by a wonderful lady.
