Raymond Leon Mouton, born May 31, 1941, to Rene and Marie Galas, returned to the Lord on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
A dedicated mason for the City and County of Honolulu’s Road Maintenance Department, Ray spent his career ensuring that the sidewalks of his community provided a safe path for everyone. He will be most fondly remembered for his joyful spirit and his signature telephone greeting, a cheerful “Praise the Lord,” which served as a constant testament to his faith.
Services: A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery & Funeral Services (45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI). Ray will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM.
