Rudy Lucas Dela Cruz was born on November 28, 2025, in Tarlac,
Camiling, Philippines. He was the third child of Dionisio Lazaro and
Dionisia Lucas Dela Cruz. He resided in Waipahu, Hawaii, under the
care of his caregiver. Rudy was called Home on October 3, 2025. Now, he rests in peace with his Mom, Dad, and all of his loved ones who went before him.
