Vernon resided on the Big Island, Mountain View, with his Long-time companion Terri. Who was by his side when he passed peacefully at his home. A former City Bus Driver before moving to the big island. Retired from Jack's Bus Tours in Hilo. Vernon is survived his Daughters Keri Jean K Kepaa(Aaron),Danalynn Kepaa (Larry) an Zeda Campbell (Kelvin) Brother Allen K Kepaa Sr.(Teresita) Sister Keri Jean K Kepaa (Aaron). 10 Grand-Children and 9 Great-Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

A chapel service for Vernon will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Funeral Services, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
Visitation At 10:00am. Service at 11:00am.
