Born In Honolulu, Hawaii October 04,1946. Preceded before Him Parents John Kalakiela Kepaa, Mother,Lilia E. Kepaa. His Oldest Brother,Benjamin,Beloved,Sister Puanani. Vernon resided on the Big Island, Mountain View, with his Long-time companion Terri. Who was by his side when he passed peacefully at his home. A former City Bus Driver before moving to the big island. Retired from Jack's Bus Tours in Hilo. Vernon is survived his Daughters Keri Jean K Kepaa(Aaron),Danalynn Kepaa (Larry) an Zeda Campbell (Kelvin) Brother Allen K Kepaa Sr.(Teresita) Sister Keri Jean K Kepaa (Aaron). 10 Grand-Children and 9 Great-Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

A chapel service for Vernon will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Funeral Services, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
Visitation At 10:00am. Service at 11:00am.
A Private Scattering to be done at a later date by his family.
