father, Chester Alapai, partner, Collin Komatsu, husband, Clifford Lono Newalu, daughters Kristin and Sharisse Newalu and grandson Bronson Newalu. She is also survived by sister, Noelani Derouin (Daniel) and brothers Chester (Lynelle), Christopher (Moana) and Andrew (Keli’i) Alapai. Violet leaves behind many loved ones who will miss her dearly.
