

Alberta “Bert” Bradley, 69, of KCK, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014. Memorial visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill – Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., KCK. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
Bert was born September 29, 1944 in Kansas City, Kansas to Charles and Helen White. She was a Turner High School graduate and attended American Institute of Banking. Bert worked at Brotherhood Bank for nineteen years. She married Galen on June 28, 1997 and they enjoyed seventeen years of marriage. Bert enjoyed riding horses in her younger years. She and Galen liked to fish and travelled throughout the US. Bert also enjoyed crafting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen White; her uncle Jim Evans and her uncle and aunt Raymond and June Evans.
Bert is survived by her husband, Galen Bradley, of the home; son, Kevin White and his wife Hope of Basehor, Kansas; sister, Roberta Martin and her husband Larry of Paola; brother, Dennis White of Corpus Christi, Texas; brother, Charles White, Jr. of Kansas City, Kansas; sister, Janet Hopkins and her husband Dirk of Kansas City, Kansas; two grandchildren, Zackery and Mackenzie White; niece, Diana Beats; nephew, James Martin; as well as many other nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
