Allen was born on May 18th 1960 to Clifford and Nobuko Gregory in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attend Washington High School and graduated with the Class of 1978. He then joined the United States Army and served his country from which he was honorable discharged. Allen was a fun spirted and always a jokester. He enjoyed fishing wherever he could. He also had a beautiful rock collection.
Allen was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
