Barbara Ann Stanwix, 65, passed away July 26, 2014. A visitation will be held Sunday, August 3rd from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill – Butler, 701 N. 94th St., KCK. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM, Monday, August 4th at the funeral home with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Village West Church or the Antioch Church.
Barbara was born December 12, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ernest and Elva Bradley. She was a lifelong KC area resident, and worked as a Nurse Practitioner at various local hospitals. Barbara was a member of Village West Church and loved her family more than anything.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, her son, Jimmy and her daughter, Patricia.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Jim Stanwix; her sons, Jeff Stanwix (Teresa), John Stanwix (Deb) and Robert Stanwix; her sister, Judy Robinette; ten grandchildren and niece, Kathy Smith.
