Betty Ann (Powell) Park, 87, Kansas City, Kansas passed away November 28, 2021. A visitation will be from 11am – 1pm, Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Betty was born in Kansas City, Kansas and was a lifelong resident of the area. She enjoyed square dancing on roller skates with her husband, Bill and they traveled to many different towns for exhibitions.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, John (Bill) Park, Sr. in 2006; parents, Roscoe and Nancy Ann (Harding) Powell; and brothers, Roscoe, Jr., Frank and Richard Powell.
Survivors include her children, John William Park, Jr. (Carolynn), Gary Dean Park, Richard Jay Park and Betty Ann (Brian) Battson; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
