What can you say in a few words to sum up someone's life? I can only say "love." Catherine loved family, her children meant the world to her. And her husband, my dad, she adored and was dedicated to. Her grandchildren were the greatest thing in the world and she proudly loved each of them and they her. She came into our lives following the darkest days in my life but helped keep us a family. She will continue to be missed by each of us.

Catherine married my dad right after my mom died when I was just a little girl, I was 10 years old. She has been a big part of my life growing up and helped my dad raise us kids after we had suffered a great loss. Her and Patrick lived with us and were a great addition to our family. It was so sad to watch her suffer these past 4 years because she did love to laugh and go get her hair done and just hang out with Dad. I love you Catherine and I know you are looking down on us now and we will be taking good care of dad for you.

What to say about my grandma....well I have lots of memories. First of all, she loved to laugh. She loved chocolate kisses. You could always depend on there being a dish on the coffee table full of them. She gave me my first Diet Pepsi. She is the only person I knew that used sacrin (I'm sure I spelled that wrong)instead of sugar when I was a kid. And she sure loved my Grandpa. When I would see her at the nursing home she would be like a little kid when he got there. She was so excited to see him! I love you grandma! You will be missed so much!
