Clarence J. Soverns, 81, passed away January 12, 2011 at his home. He is survived by his son, Clarence Soverns; his daughter, Debra Johnson; stepson, Mel; stepdaughter, Shirley; 2 brothers, Carl Soverns and Clyde Soverns; 1 sister, Loraine Mureen; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He loved fishing and singing Karaoke, and he will be missed by his family and friends. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 19th at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, at the funeral home.
