Dale Jackson was born February 19, 1950 in Booneville, Missouri to Curtis Henry Jackson and Thelma Lorene Miller. He was raised by his step-father Ray Taylor and mother Thelma in Missouri and they moved to the Kansas City area in 1967. Dale proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He held a variety of jobs throughout his life, but the one he enjoyed the most was working as a bouncer for over 30 years before his health required him to retire. Dale was a member of the North American Hunting Club and collected knives and guns. He enjoyed collecting anything with wheels and he has a vast collection of model cars.
He was preceded in death by his step-dad and mom Ray and Thelma L. Taylor and his brother Curtis Franklin Jackson.
Dale is survived by his wife of four years, Donna Jackson, his brother Robert Jackson, his sister Vera Ann Jackson, his step-son David Roberts (Mary), step-daughter Christina Kepferle (Clint), step-son USMC SSG Joseph Van Kemseke (Renee), grandchildren, Brandon, Dillon, Logan, Hunter and Mason Roberts, Katelyn, Kylie and Kamyll Krueger, Vince, Kaiya, Keyonna and Klaryssa Kepferle, Kyleigh, Hannah and Abby Van Kemseke, as well as niece Roberta Ann Jackson, great nephew Robert Michael Jackson, great nieces Morgan and Taylor Reed as well as many other loving friends and family.
