Dave was born in Kansas City, Kansas in 1953. He attended Whittier Elementary, Central Junior High, and Wyandotte High School where he graduated.
He always had a strong work ethic, at age 12 he was a local paper boy for the Kansas City KANSAN newspaper. At age 15 he started working at Automatique Vending working in their commissary making food products. He advanced in time to be a Vending Route driver where he delivered food and loaded and maintained vending machines.
Later he lived in Colorado for a few years, and then relocated to Huntington Beach, California where he started working for Northrup Aviation, not building planes, but still in vending.
He was required to start-up and build a vending company internally in Northrup because they required a sigh security clearance for their big contract building the B-52 stealth bomber aircraft for the government. He worked there for over 10 years.
Then he relocated again, back to Kansas City where he worked at a few vending companies until purchasing and starting his own vending company. It was a successful business that didn’t make him rich, but allowed him to live a good life.
Right out of high school he married and had two sons. His first born was Jason Robison. His second was Jeremy Robison. After a failed he didn’t have custody of his boys, which was very hard for him because of the great love he had for both of them. Even when living in other parts of the country he still kept in touch as much as he could, to give them his love.
After coming back to Kansas City from California Dave married again. Unfortunately this marriage also failed but left him with a very special gift, his step-daughter Sarah Kaneaster in which he had great love and pride. Having custody and helping to raise her to be the great woman that she has grown to be was a main goal and a great source of accomplishment and pride in his later life.
Jason gave Dave a source of love and pride by giving him grandchildren: Aubrey Soprych, Hailey Robison, Evan Robison, and Joley Robison.
Jeremy also added to the love and pride by giving him a grandson, Garrett Robison.
Sarah is still a very young lady but when she blesses the world with children you can bet that Dave will be looking down with a big smile on his face.
At the end of life Dave was blessed by being surrounded by angels; Sarah Kaneaster, Kyle Stanley, Dara Golden, and Marsha Anderton.
These people took care of Dave with undying love and dedication which helped him to die with dignity and peace of mind with God in his soul.
