She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 31 years, Russell, children: Ryan, Jessika, Daniel and (Lindsey) and Patrick and (Sarah), Joseph (preceded); grandchildren: Krystain Rouch, Anson, Wyatt, Charlee and Colton; Sister: Diana; brothers, Victor and (Claire), Ron (Lisa) as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Our mother was born on September 4, 1958 in South Bend, Indiana. Mom was the heart and soul of our family. “THE Matriarch”as she would say to all of us. She was a dedicated wife, mother of 5, grandmother of 5 and dog mom. Always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, brutal honesty and unconditional love. Though our mother’s highest accomplishment was her family, her greatest relationship was with God. She found so much comfort in spending time with the Lord, in His word and in prayer. “Have a blessed day” and “God bless you”were her favorite ways to break the ice with strangers. She was a member of Westside Family Church (Speedway), enjoyed crocheting, midwife to many, introducing faith to her grandchildren and everyone around her, reading for hours, watching her TV, birdwatching, and most of all, spending time with her best friend, our dad. They built a wonderful life around each other full of love, laughter, perseverance and happiness.
Heaven gained another angel that morning and it was our mom. We pray for protection over our lives and the comfort knowing she will be watching over all of us from above.
