Elba Joan Houston, 79, passed away October 1, 2013. Visitation is Saturday, October 5th from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas with interment to immediately follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
