Ellen Marie Bopp

Ellen Marie Bopp, 53, passed away December 2, 2015. Ellen was born June 10, 1962 in KCKS. She spent her life in the KCK area, graduating from Wyandotte High School in 1980. On September 20, 1986, Ellen married Timothy Bopp. She was a homemaker; always making sure her family was taken care of. Ellen was a member of Community of Christ Church. In her free time, she enjoyed scrapbooking, crafting, and card making for family and friends. Ellen loved Coca-Cola and could often be found drinking one.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Beatrice (Smythe) Overbaugh. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Tim Bopp; daughter, Desirae Rogers; grandchildren, Dakota & Avah Rogers; brother, Nick Rockey; sister, Susan Sears as well many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Visitation is Fri., Dec. 11th from 6-8PM at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., KCKS 66112. Funeral service will be Sat., Dec. 12th at the funeral home at 10AM followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 126th & Parallel, KCKS.
