Erma A Stewart

Erma A. Stewart, 88, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away January 29, 2016. The visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Porter Funeral Home located at 1835 Minnesota Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 722 Reynolds Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens located at 701 North 94th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Luke’s Church.

Erma was born August 29, 1927, the daughter of John and Anna (Weimer) Kraft, in Kansas City, Kansas. She worked as a secretary for Woman's City Club and Hallmark Cards.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Jim; grandson, Joshua Harrison; six brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her children, Allen Harrison; Don Harrison and wife Sandy; Kevin Harrison and wife Pat; John Harrison and wife Becky; Janice Zugelder and husband Paul; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
