Ernest is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy Lorene (Vestal) Prewitt. Daughters: Judy Hatler, Connie Ann Jones and Sally Franklin. Along with 5 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
Mr. Prewitt proudly served in the US Air Force. He retired from General Motors. Ernest loved to travel and playing golf. He was Past Patron of the Eastern Star and was a member of the Blue Lodge and the Abdullah Shrine.
A visitation for Ernest will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral services at 2:00 PM.
Serving as pallbearers are Tom Burroughs, Mark Harbin, Crystal Madrigal, Karen Dunham, Jack Clark, Tommy Dunham and Ron Milbourn.
