George Pestock was born March 31, 1925 to Thomas and Katherine Pestock in Kansas City, Kansas. George passed January 16, 2021 at the age of 95. He served in the Army Air Corps in World War II. After the war he worked at Phillips refinery in Kansas City, Kansas for 35 years as a blender. George loved to fish and play golf.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (Barber) Pestock, son Michael Pestock, and 8 siblings Anna, Rose, Mike, John, Joseph, Bertha, Charles and Frank. He is survived by his sons G. Paul Pestock (Debby) and Phillip Pestock (Jo Ellen), his brother Edward Pestock, 8 grandchildren: Duncan, Shannon, Elliott, Angela, Laura, Kaitlin, Marshall, Sarah and 6 great grandchildren.
