

Gino was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Harold Smith and Emma (Kemp) Williams. He attended Schlagle High School and graduated with the class of 1981. After high school, Gino attended the University of Oklahoma on a football scholarship. Gino was always a huge avid sports fan. His favorite sports were basketball and football, the Kansas City Chiefs and LA Lakers being his favorite teams. Gino enjoyed traveling and he even spent some time as a traveling photographer. Gino was also an avid car collector. He loved his family more than anything and he will be dearly missed by so many.
Gino was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Smith and Emma (Kemp) Williams; and his brother, Harold Allen Smith.
Left to cherish his memory is his sisters, Detra Butler of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Jeri (Dwayne) Peghee of Las Vegas, Nevada, and MacQuel Martin of Kansas City, Kansas; nieces and nephews, Marcus Peghee of Las Vegas, Nevada, Randy Butler of Kansas City, Kansas, Xaviar Smith of Topeka, Kansas, Chanel (Chris) Martin of Atlanta, Georgia, Brandon Smith of Phoenix, Arizona, Bryce Smith of Phoenix, Arizona, and Braxton Smith of Phoenix, Arizona; along with many dear friends.
