Harry J. Boyer

Harry J. Boyer, 87, of Victoria, Texas, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, October 24, 2011 at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. He was born July 25, 1924 in Rich Hill, Missouri. He was a chiropractor, retired from the Civil service, after working for the Post Office and IRS, and served in the United States Army. He also had a great love for animals, often caring for strays. He is survived by his sons, Harry James Boyer of Round Rock, Texas, Joel Sheridan Boyer of Victoria, Texas and David Ray Boyer of Victoria, Texas; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by former wife Alice Haynes Boyer of Missouri. He was preceded in death by first wife, Beulah Loveall Boyer; His second wife, Barbara Nicolulis Boyer; his father, Harry Sheridan; his mother, Lovisa Munkiers; and sons, Kenneth Mark Boyer and Paul Matthew Boyer. Graveside Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29th at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 701 North 94th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.
