Howard was a former member of Brenner Heights Baptist Church for 50+ years and was a current member of Victory Hills Baptist Church.
Served in the United Stated Army National Guard. He worked at Sambol Meat Packing Company for 38 years.
He loved to bowl and was the secretary/treasurer for 39 years for the Tarpons Men’s League. He also enjoyed watching sports and having company at his home.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Florence, his wife Earline, grandson Jared, and great granddaughter Tulip.
Survived by his four sons and one daughter:
Richard (Susie) of Sandy, Utah; Connie (Harold) McEachron of Basehor, Kansas; Stan (Sondra) of Linn Valley Lakes, Kansas; Tom (Cheryl) of Kansas City, Kansas; and John (Denise) of Kansas City, Kansas.
Also, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22 from 4-6pm at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23 at 11am at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow.
